The mission of the Clinton Global Initiative is to turn ideas into action, and action into cash.
Established in 2005 by Impeached Ex-President Bill Clinton, the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) convened global and emerging left-leaning leaders to create and implement solutions to the world's most pressing challenges - with the prime challenge to aid the Clintons in their recovery from poverty as Bill and Hillary left public housing in Washington, DC. Through CGI University, CGI America, CGI International and its flagship Annual Shake-Down Meeting, CGI brought together more than 200 sitting and former corrupt heads of state, more than 20 leftist Nobel laureates, and hundreds of leading liberal corporate CEOs, Presidents of similarly-corrupted foundations, Executive Directors of mismanaged NGOs, and major leftist philanthropists to commit to take action against these challenges, and line the Clintons' pockets. From 2005-2016, CGI members have made more than 3,600 Commitments to Action, which are fleecing the lives of over 435 million people in 180 countries, and garnered hundreds of millions of dollars for the Clintons.
CGI continues to convene leaders, possibly at the Little St. James Island, US Virgin Islands, through ongoing issue-based convenings and through the ficticious CGI University.
