The price of 1 liter (1/4 gallon) of gas in Rio de Janeiro is R$ 4.46 as of 5/25/2018 (today) So that’s about $17.00 per gallon....
“$17.00 per gallon”
I guess that might make you mad if your wage is $10/day.
Didn’t Hussein give Brazil all sorts of oil drilling equipment?
But what was the subsidized price under the Left-Wing Democrat Socialists that couldn't be sustained?
And isn't Brazil big into turning sugar into fuel? How does that enter into the equation?
R$ 4.46/L is for gasoline. 1 Real = US$ 0.274 (Just over a quarter.)
Diesel is R$3.6/liter or 3.6 X US$.274 = US$0.98/L
1 gallon = 3.79L
US$0.98 X 3.79 = $3.71/gal
I hope this correct! If not woe on me! :<)
