The result of which clearly shows that Fuddy was near the door of the aircraft and Yamamoto was beside her. And the woman holding onto the wing, whom many here have identified as Fuddy, wasn't her.

One person near the aircraft door is wearing a fully inflated adult vest, the other isn't. And see whose purple patterned on white background jacket the person on the right of the doorway is wearing...

Neither image as been tampered with, the second is simply somewhat enlarged and cropped.

Such gibberish and misinformation you've typed here, while avoiding the problems I noted in my post #222!

Your image was clearly Photoshopped (or similar image-editing software)! Here are two of the affected portions of the image, first your altered version and secondly, my cropped original. These changes and the claims you've made surrounding them are very significant.

Now, most FReepers here know you to be a very capable person, so I'm sure the import of my comments in #222 didn't escape your proper notice. Thus, I have to take it to mean that your avoidance of the following clearly-discernible facts was purposeful. This suggests you intend to persist in your attempts to muddy the waters of what was discernible from the NTSB evidence as you continued to read falsehoods into the record:

  1) Your image was Photoshopped, an unfortunate fact you tried to hide both in your original post and in #223, despite my having pointed it out as someone's potential deception. An apology would have been appropriate if your mistake had been unintentional.
  2) The image portion showing two people next to the open starboard rear plane door contains the front of Fuddy's head at right, where she is wearing fully-inflated adult life jacket. I called your attention to my original image where Fuddy's face was clearly visible, since it had not been Photoshopped. You did not acknowledge that my non-Photoshopped image made the identification of her face clear, and that Fuddy was indeed wearing a fully-inflated adult life jacket. The Photoshopped versions you presented manifested clearly-altered images and artifacts not accountable to a lower resolution or mere fuzziness (see down-turning parallel lines to the right side of the door and to the left of Fuddy's face). Someone had intentionally made alterations that made the identification of individuals and life jackets type difficult, with which you fell right into line, even if you didn't do the Photoshopping yourself. In other words, though you're quite capable at recognizing photo alterations and the import of Fuddy's presumed "stress-related" cause of death, you purposely obfuscated that Fuddy's face had been facing the camera lens in my non-Photoshopped original and that she was wearing a fully inflated adult life jacket, all of which was obscured in the Photoshopped image you presented.
  3) You avoided a) which person was Fuddy, b) that the non-Photoshopped version shows that her face is toward the lens. not the rear of her head as your wrongly stated, and c) that it is the Deputy Director at left in the original frame d) who is also wearing an adult life jacket, though it might appear possible that only one of the chambers on his life jacket was filled, meaning e) that of those two people, only on Yamamoto's life jacket could there have been one unexpended CO2 cartridge at the time, f) but not Fuddy's as the NTSB would later claim in their official report.
  4) The images of JK sitting on the wing fiddling with a life jacket has had the features of his face Photoshopped out in your version, where those features remained un-edited in my original, cropped version. Misidentification of plane passengers is a consistent, purposeful feature of the passenger-author's book on The Fuddy Hoax. He would have known better, as the passengers kept in contact with one another long after the crash.

The fact that the NTSB report states it was Fuddy's life jacket that had an unexpended CO2 cartridge plays very unusually (since it relies on testimony from third-party passengers regarding Fuddy's presumed mental state that supposedly led to her claimed cause of death) and significantly plays into the entire narrative, as it was claimed that she wore an only partially-inflated infant life jacket in which there was an unexpended CO2 cartridge. It was those features that were claimed to have caused her stress and to hyperventilate, setting off the "acute cardiac arrhythmia" that was claimed to have been her cause of death.
These are inexplicably altered facts in opposition to the evidence! They do flow from the misrepresentations you've made, while the truths, by contrast, the non-Photoshopped version of this picture make clear the scenario could not have happened as the NTSB report claimed!

A) Fuddy did not at least start out wearing an infant life jacket.
B) Fuddy's life jacket did not have an unexpended CO2 cartridge,
C) Surely Fuddy would have reviled at someone trying to remove her life jacket to give her an only partially-filled, tight-fitting infant life jacket!
D) Could someone have done the life jacket switch after Fuddy would have fallen unconscious? That would have to spell murder, but if there was even a chance she'd been murdered, the Maui County Police dismissed it without leaving any record of considering it as a possibility.
E) If Fuddy's life jacket was never changed out, who made the false representation to the NTSB that a dead Fuddy wore an infant life jacket left with an unexpended CO2 cartridge?

The rest of the Freeper public here will do well to reread the four most recent posts of this exchange to see what NF has nefariously done.
