Q mentioned Barlow in relation to Edward Snowden. Because Barlow was a mentor and friend of Snowden and at the time, Snowden's friends were dropping like flies. Q was talking to Snowden and seemed to be attempting to turn him from a CIA asset to a cooperating white hat. To bring him in from the cold, as it were.

Taunting him with Barlow's death and insinuating that the black hats took him out and that maybe Snowden was next to prevent him from turning.

You guys really should follow this stuff before you make your uninformed cracks.

And you wonder why us Qgeniuses think you guys are ignorant. Not quite as simple as "Q predicted Barlow would die and then he died but old people die so derp." This is what I mean when I say you guys think like children.
