Would aluminum siding work?

Probably too difficult to attach to the interior walls due to tight space. Adhesive foil is expensive, so I thought to take foamcore (light, but rigid), cut it to fit, cover w/foil and glue inside.

Open to easier, but still cheap and simple, ideas.

Dunno....since the problem, stated above, is voltage in the lines and we’re the transformer at the end of our particular line, I wonder our transformer will blow out before anything reaches the house or transfer box? Sorta like a circuit breaker? And it could start a fire if the foliage is dry? With no water pressure for a hose, either, unless we have the genny.

Could be a real disaster.
