Mueller & Flynn provided the court a Joint Status Report on 1/31/18 where because of the Special Counsel investigation status, the parties were not ready for a sentencing hearing.
May 1 2018 Muller & Flynn is to provide the court with another Joint Status Report.
I guessing they’ll get another 90 days push.
