Recall the failed TEA party movement, failure somewhat attributable to splintering by money-makers, and to elected POLs who "built a big following then went mainstream." It isn't coopting Q that is a big problem in the long run. It is coopting Trump and his message.
I'm not pretending to interpret what is in Q's head with that composition - just saying where my head went with it.
I agree about the Tea Party. Started out as a grassroots movement, then some people organized it and politicos took it over and killed it.
