Ok looks like both links are pretty much the same thing. Basically Iron Eagle is a shell company that failed to file any SEC docs for 3 YEARS - closed out folded into a subsidiary and everyone walked with no fines/cases/charges - just closed out the stock and the SEC let em all go.

Basics of the company are construction and government contracting with some energy stuff in there as well. The 2.2 paragraph in one of the Q drops is apparently referring to the SEC filing paragraph which calls the company out by name.

Sec 11A P 2.2 is a reference to an SEC filing; specifically, the one filed on the 25th of February, 2015…

So question is - is this the shell company that filtered money to Iran or wherever?

It was acquired in 2013 despite no documentation for over a year. No one responded to the SEC despite the court case referred. No documentation provided at all. Really strange.
