I live in Southern California. I grew up on South Broadway. I went to college on South Hoover Street in Los Angeles. I once worked in South Pasadena. Yeah, that makes me a thoroughgoing racist!

I remember The Western Whitehouse. I've been through it on two occasions.
Incidentally, Nixon is not the only president with whom the house is associated. It was owned by a Democrat fat cat who was a friend of President Franklin D. Roosevelt. FDR would occasionally pay a visit, and they would go out to a gazebo in the back yard and play poker. You can see the gazebo from the beach. To get to where you can see the gazebo, you need to walk about a mile down the beach from San Clemente State Park.
