Yes, it’s amazing how much we have learned and uncovered since Q got us all started researching. Now that we’re 6 months into this we are understanding what, how and who got this country into this mess. So we’re in the future proving the past.
It is, but a very tough maybe impossible job to get the public aware.
I got into the FISA/Keith case and assorted other 4th amendment material about ten years ago, around the time the Patriot Act was spinning up. It was a big deal then, hell, 4th amendment violations were a big deal when the Keith case went down, which was pre-FISA.
I wonder how many people know the first SCOTUS wiretapping case held that no warrant was required, and that the protection against phone wiretapping was not constitutional, but statutory. Just saying that the courts aren't protective of the 4th amendment in the way that people think.
