The photo meme I referred to showed the photo of the bell I posted which I found on the link.

They may have made the bell for the movie, and then left it on the Eye of the Sea as part of the make over done for the movie. Anything is possible. It nicely ties in, though, with the training ship Albatross' building of teamwork meme.
