The chatter is the glue that holds US together. The “ backyard fence” is the nickname my dad gave FR. Where neighbors from all over this great country wake up in the middle of the night and gather and chat about what’s important Am so tired , sleep isn’t coming easy. Doesn’t help that my very pregnant momma kitty wants her belly rubbed and is laying on my chest purring Lots of lightening here Rain on tin roof

Lucky you! Maybe you should try sleeping in the cabin. '-)

In my experience. the sound of rain on a tin roof is better than any sleeping pill. And, when you add in a purring cat -- I'd be asleep before I even got my pillow scrunched down right...

Beware! When one of mine did that, she started to give birth on top of my head at about 3 am. They purr all through the process.
