A couple question / suggestions:

How often do you kick off your new threads? I am never sure if I should append to the current or look for a new one.

When you do kick off a new one, could you place a pointer at the end of the old one -saying: GO TO THE NEW THREAD.

problem is, even though there is a new thread and a link to the new thread is given in the current thread, the current thread doesn’t get locked, so sometimes, the end isn’t. If you post something on the current thread, do I answer in the new one ? That might not make sense to anybody.

ransomnote does that, of course, but ongoing conversations continue for long enough that you often have to go back several pages to find her link to the new thread. We could all help by adding another link on the old thread to the new thread when we notice the problem.

Best way to know about the new threads is to freepmail ransomnote and get on her ping list.

Adding to remarks already sent in response to your question, I think about three threads a week. Mon, Wed, Fri startup, more or less. Length varies much, depending on amount of Q-activity.

Search title for A Anon seems to work perfectly, but it does depend on "Q anon" being exactly that, in the title.

Search for FRiendly Freeper Collaboration might work better.
