The Minnesota cop who shot and killed an Australian bride-to-be was charged with murder and manslaughter, according to a report Tuesday.

What an incompetent jerk, as well as the city fathers who pushed for an unqualified Somali to be on the force for diversity’s sake. They should be in jail along side him.
He shot her because he heard a loud noise and saw a white guy on a bicycle a few moments before. That’s the most ridiculous excuse I ever heard. Who hired this idiot? None of them are fit to sweep the police department floor.
What a stupid headline. Makes it sound like a cop killed his own fiance.
He also scared the crap out of his partner, because he unexpectedly drew and shot across the driver from the passenger seat of the car. It must have been a real ear-ringing boom.
How can you be charged with 2 crimes? Shouldn;t be murder or manslaughter?
Good question. Maybe one is a fallback? I’ve remember that in a number of murder cases, the judge will tell the jury that they can find for murder 1 or 2, or for manslaughter, and the prosecutor provides arguments for both.

I believe that a hooker was having sex in a parked car- screaming and moaning. Ms. Diamond heard that and thought the “lady” was being raped. That’s why Justine was out in the alley, and then called the police.

Seems to happen a lot in these shootings of unarmed people. They close ranks and protect their own against the "civilians".

I hope it took so long because Prosecutors took the time to build an air-tight case.
Finally, some good news about this case. I hope they’re able to make the charges stick in court.

And now for his partner who apparently covered for him through the investigation.
I’m watching the D.A. right now. He’s a little too talkative for my taste. I would play this press conference a bit closer to the vest, as Noor’s attorneys will no doubt pull out all the stops to get him off on this murder. Noor himself hasn’t said a single word to investigators, or to anyone else about his execution of an innocent woman.
First degree jihad murder getting off as third degree max is BS.
Note to self: Stay the hell out of Minnesota.
