Call me a hopeless romantic but I always thought they should have married each other.
She’s married now but getting married to her instead of a man would have been so much better for Johnny. He and his “husband” had a violent breakup recently.

Actually, it looks like Johnny has ‘straightened up’ his act a little bit since we saw him at the last Winter Olympics. :=)
They’re probably saving a bit of money as well by eliminating the crewmember standing by with a fire extinguisher.
