You can indite a ham sandwich, convictions another story. I personally think that any charges laid against the president that doesn’t result in a conviction, then the prosecutors should actually be charged with treason and/or insurrection. The milatary can’t lay charges against a superior officer without consciquenses, why should it be any different for these dnc hacks?
The indictment would be an attempt to head off disaster for Mueller/Hillary/Comey.
I expect it soon, as in today or before the IG’s report is released.
