Amey Dacey signed the agreement with Robbie Mook. I believe that Dacey is the boss that Rich was having problems with. One theory has been that Amy Dacey snitched on Seth Rich and told John Podesta that Rich was leaking emails to WikiLeaks.
BUT .... maybe Rich was killed because he discovered what was going on with money being “laundered” to the Clinton campaign? I would imagine that disclosure of this would be far more damaging than leaked emails. Once Hillary won, the financial shenanigans would have been of no consequence; but at this point, she was not yet the party’s official nominee, much less elected President. IMO, Dacey(she of the agreement)/Rich link makes it more likely that the Criminal Clinton Campaign itself would want to assure in a permanent way that he would not talk about whatever it was he had discovered.

Rich was murdered July 10th .... the DNC convention started July 25th .... if this agreement had come out before the convention & the “rigging”, with HRC being in total control of the DNC had been known, it’s possible that all sorts of problems would have arisen - extremely angry Berniebots for one & maybe even Bernie himself would have been emboldened not to knuckle under.
