Bad enough when three musicians did it, i.e. Kris(t), Dave and the late Kurt.
I did buy the Weird Al spoof, “Smells Like Nirvana”, though. Still have the cassette single somewhere.

Interesting.I'm of the 60’s Generation.IMO 99.9% of the greatest rock/pop music ever made was done in the 50’s and 60’s.But “Teen Spirit” is a true classic...as is the video.Even Weird Al's version is great.

No wonder the USA sucks.
This is what and how we worship now.
This is the new religion.
And it’s all white people. Can’t blame minorities.

Weird Al spoof was great. Hard to sing with all these marbles in my mouth.
Kurt Cobain would have hated this.

Teen Spirit is a true classicYep, went to a Pirates game a few years back and the organist played it to warm up the crowd.

Trying to recall who they were seem to remember whiny, angst drug-grunge or similar?
To: ifinnegan
Golly gee, it wasn’t in the US it happened in Italy.

A Mulatto, an Albino, a Mosquito, my libido...
Up there with the most absurd lyrics ever.

Pretty cool! I figured the punchline was going to be: “But only one guy’s amp was turned on”...

Dittoes.
Another song I hate.
“And this bird you cannot cha-an-an-an-an-an-an-an-an-an-ge.”

One thousand musicians getting together to play an ode to slackerism.
To: Rebelbase
I think I’ll pass. I only ever listened to Weird Al parody this putrid song.

THIS is the best one - 1000 people in Italy playing Foo Fighters “Learn to Fly”.
I play it every few months for smiles.

Forgot to add: This Italy 1000 video made me think it must be every high school marching band geek’s dream. I was a HSMBG, so I know these things. :)
