We were plenty bad, too - but it's not like we encountered a land of Mother Theresa's - many were cannibals, most were very aggressive and war-like.

Anyone who doubts this should read the book entitled Captured by the Indians: 15 Firsthand Accounts, 1750-1870, edited by Frederick Drimmer. (Not recommended for Snowflakes!)
