I just used your suggested site and McAfee found the Artemis malware in the download. I recommend not using this site to convert you tube videos.

This interests me, and I’ve got a question:

Is it *legal* to download YouTube stuff through sites like YouTubeMP3?

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, I worked with Copyright issues. At that time, it was legal to make one ‘copy’ of anything, for personal, not-for-sale, use. But I don’t know how this eventually translated to digital stuff.

I’m not much interested in music, in this respect - I purchase that. But there are lots of things on YouTube, like lectures, sermons, Ted Talks, etc., that I would like to convert to MP3 and be able to listen to throughout the day, on my little MP3 player. I’ve just been afraid to do it, because I’m not sure of the regulations governing this...(???)
