Wow, mortgage on $7M at 3.9% is $33,100 per month. That’s $17,000 a month profit...well, slightly less after paying property taxes and maintenance. Her property tax is probably about $20,000 per year.
That's fine if you are a surfer or can tele-commute but real problems otherwise...
ill bet people rent it for the summer and write it off as a business expense...
Consider the gravity of the situation.....
I would just rent Jim Rockford’s trailer. It is not much to look at but is nice and roomy on the inside.
Pammys still got the hep, I don’t think there was a cure from that Motely Crue dude...
But, what’s it gonna cost to fumigate the place before you move in?
for 50K she should have plenty of bucks for the maid/detox crew...
And Hep C medicine?
Well, that’s about 0.7%, assuming she could actually get $7MM for it, so that seems reasonable. Have no idea if normal ratios apply to properties that expensive.
Some years ago, we went to Californy for ten days, and ate lunch at “The Sandcastle” while passing thru. Surprising how small the Paradise Cove area is in real life.

I like the design. It maximizes the benefits of outdoor living and the fine Malibu weather. The house itself is fairly spare and minimal, as such things go. I like that.
Don’t know how it comes up to $7 Million, though.
Haha same as I thought!
Anyone who can afford $600,000 rent every year should buy a house.
$50K is the approximate monthly mortgage payment on a loan balance of $9,015,000 at 5% for 30 years. Principle and interest that is, tax and insurance are extra. P&I on a $7 million balance is a mere $37,577.51 per month.
Didn’t Barry Obummer rent a place for a weekend with the same price tag?
And right on the beach!
I wish she had left her face alone. The cheek implants are slightly visible through her skin. But, I sorta like Pamela-obviously I don’t know her but she never yaps about politics and seems pretty decent all things considered.
Yes, the trailer on the beach was a pretty good idea for a different setting.
The only problem is a couple of times you get a look under the trailer and there is no plumbing. You would think they would at least have put some fake pipes there.
Yep. Went down recently because granddaughter had never been there and wanted to go. Wow! On the traffic didn’t know it was that bad since I hadn’t been there in years.
