Probably the old classic book store cartoon where Daffy Duck does a Danny Kaye impression.
Mm that’s a tough one. The ones that STILL make me laugh till I cry are as follows:
Duck! Rabbit! Duck! ( Best line: More training? More training)
The one with the Bull where bugs is the matador (can’t remember the title and my index is at home)
That’s opera doc. (Best line: Norf wind blow, souf wind blow! Hurricane! Typhoon! Smoooogggg!)
The rabbit of seville. (Trying to remember if there is any speech at all in that one... maybe at the end)
And the one with the opera singer where bugs acts ss the conductor Leopold.
Those are just my Bugs picks....
Each of the characters have at least a few classics... it’s nearly impossible to pick just one ...

Reading all the replies brought back such good memories. I would like to add the one with Daffy Duck as Robin Hood.
The reason you don’t see them anymore on TV is they have been banned due to violence and unreal situations as far as dying and coming back and gravity defying stunts. Sad that we have slipped that far. I always knew I could not survive as the “Coyote”....lol
Little kid with slow drawl watching Road Runner cartoon: “I’m gonna be a puh-sychiatrist when I grow up.”
Excited kid next to him watching same cartoon: “Not me! I’m gonna be a Road Runner! *BEEP! BEEP!* ZIP-BANG!!!”
“Deduce, You Say” (1956) Daffy Duck is a detective who is hunting for the Shropshire Slasher.

This isn’t my favorite (there are too many good ones) but I just love the song parody.
Carrots are divine, you get a dozen for a dime...
It’s making fun of a Doris Day song from one of her movies.

I loved the one with the snooty opera singer, where Bugs left his white-gloved hand upraised, pulled his hand out and walked off. The glove remains, so the guy hitting the long, high note turns every color in the book running out of breath.
There’s also one with Porky Pig sleeping in a bureau drawer that made an impression. My young self tried it, to the great distress of my mother.
