So, can someone share with me because it’s not immediately clear. How is it that the transcripts of these conversations are available? Was there someone listening to his conversations? Was there a reason established for Yates to be listening to this phone call? Was there a warrant that the Obama admin obtained to do so?

Or was this an unlawful wire tap?

Someone in Justice has some ‘splainin to do. If I remember correctly, there are laws that preclude wiretap interceptions of conversations that involve U.S. citizens.

They may have been eavesdropping on the Russian ambassador, but once they identified Flynn, if there wasn’t a FISA Court order, the interception may have been illegal.

Sessions has a pretty big swamp to drain in the intelligence agencies.
