Being a song writer and performer myself, I found this an interesting and inventive piece, with a few twinkle-eyed moments, along with some teary-eyed ones. Nicely done.
The one that’s hitting me most directly and palpably right now is Leon Russell. I have a bit of a personal past with him (in an unlikely, unexpected sort of way).
