5. Virtual desktops. I have been doing virtual desktops since Windows 3.0. Of course, it is due to external programs — freeware and payware.
6-7-8-9-10 Cute, but not particularly useful.

Bring back a classic theme resembling XP/Win7 and I might try it again. Get rid of the horrendous ribbon menuing.
Get back to programming for users who are more interested in productivity than more glitz and glitter.

Tried "Classic Shell"? It's not a complete reversion to XP/7 but it's a great step. It saved my sanity. See comment#10 above.
