This link should take you to Season 1, Episode 1 of the entire series. I grew up with this and thought some of my fellow Freepers might enjoy it.
Mods feel free to move if need be.

My brother and I used do weekly combat with our
two sisters over which TV show we were going to
watch. I think they wanted THE RED SKELTON HOUR
while little bro and I supported our great American
military heroes......COMBAT!
Thanks. Remember it well.
Never watched it, did they have a lot of shooting and not much hitting of targets?
And Little John on the BAR.
Rick Jason in WW II was a stockbroker’s son who could have gotten out of combat but enlisted anyway.

No such problem in our house. Dad loved Red, so Skelton it was! But Combat was in reruns/syndication for a long time, so we got to see it anyway.
Combat!
Great show. Only wish that they a few more sets. That French bridge must’a been taken 50 times. Vic Morrow, super!
Combat and Elliot Ness, then back to college homework!
H&I is running one of my favorites, am watching it right now.
NYPD Blue.
“Combat” was the show whose sound effects I’d imitate while playing War with friends and we had a blast!
I cannot forget their radio call; “Checkmate King Two, this is White Rook, Over,”. That for some reason just stuck with me through the years.p
I remember watching Combat as a kid, along with Rat Patrol. Those two shows, along with John Wayne’s Green Berets and a brother being a career Army guy inspired me to enlist.
I have never regretted my Army service, learned so much about life and how others live.
It also gave me a chance to see first hand the lies of the MSM way back then. Walter Crookedkite, the most trusted man in America, led the way to modern MSM propaganda machine. May that POS rot in hell.
I am with you on all of that, redfreedom...all of it.
Lame...
Interesting link to memoirs to a book and chapters that were never published by Rick Jason:
