She means being female and (in theory) capable of conceiving and bearing children. Practically our whole society agrees this is a “chronic reproductive illness.” That’s why contraceptives and sterilization are Federally defined as “preventative care for women,” and every insurer, employer, pharmacy, and hospital must make them available at no charge to the recipient.
Anything to prevent that terrible illness of reproduction!
