Btw, why are Falcon Heights LEOs handcuffing suspects and putting them into the back of their cruisers without searching them? I never heard of someone who is handcuffed, who is broadcasting from their own cell phone from the back of a patrol unit while handcuffed.

And I would love to know why the little girl was already out of the car during the video? so they pull the guy over for a broken tail light, ask for DL, guys goes for DL and says he has a gun, cop reacts, guy still reaching, cop reacts by shooting. When was little girl IN the car and who took her out?
Lots of stuff doesn't make sense yet.
