If the fbi doesn’t throw hillary in jail the agency will have lost all credibility.

Lets see, there are 4 Recommendations coming to the AG
1. Political Appointee #1
2. Political Appointee #2
3. Career Prosecutors
4. The FBI

Sounds like she is very clever to say she would accept their recommendations.

The FBI can’t indict. All they can do is make a referral to DOJ.

While Bill and Loretta were meeting, the FBI was ordering people away, stopping them from talking photos, and telling them they couldn’t use their phones. Yeah, a real ethical bunch...

All according to the DNC’s plans. They had to give “queen hildebeast” the respect of letting her run. They also know she’s a weak candidate, and will lose to Trump.
An indictment will solve both problems. She had her chance, and Biden will be the nominee.

The FBI can and SHOULD ask the Justice Dept to indict but don’t hold your breath.

Issa: FBI "Has No Choice"; Must Indict Clinton

If the FBI seeks an indictment, would it be before a Grand Jury in the DC area, and what are the chances that the Grand Jury would render an impartial and lawful decision?

The FBI investigation will provide air tight evidence of Hillary’s crimes, but will be scrubbed, buried and ignored by the corrupt DOJ. The best we can hope for is a leak of the report. However, the media will ignore the report and continue to defend Hillary.

So, it's taking and holding classified documents.

And later destroyed documents. At the very least she stole government property and destroyed government property.

The Democrat leaders are all begging the FBI to put Hillary in jail.

Nobody likes Hillary.

Some might be scared of her and some might be rewarded by her, but nobody likes her.

The Democrats are scared to death of what she might have done.

They all know she’s a greedy little snot.

Issa is deluding himself and those who listen to him.

Of course the FBI has a choice. And their choice will be to continue to scrub the dirty laundry. They’ll barely give it a second thougnt when they recommend no charges.

“I’m appalled at the level of defeatism here.”

Defeatism? Give it a rest Ray.

You sound like Commissar Danilov in `Enemy At The Gates’ scolding sniper Vasily Zaitzev in an official report because he stole his girl.

I$$a should be in federal prison with the current and some former members (Barack, Hillary, Kasich) of the Gang of 535.

7. It must not be forgotten that the members of the legislative body are to have a deep stake in the game. This is an essential point, and happily is attended with no difficulty. A sufficient number, properly disposed, can alternately legislate and speculate, and speculate and legislate, and buy and sell, and sell and buy, until a due portion of the property of their constituents has passed into their hands to give them an interest against their constituents…

11. As soon as sufficient progress in the intended change shall have been made, and the public mind duly prepared according to the rules already laid down, it will be proper to venture on another and a bolder step toward a removal of the constitutional landmarks.
