Amen and amen! Satan’s twisted quoting of this Psalm to the Lord Jesus proves him to be the liar (and father of lies) Jesus said he was. Always planting a slanderous accusation against the faithfulness and steadfast love of God.

Paul later says that all the promises of God are “Yes” in Christ (2 Cor.). Every shadow of the Old finds its substance in Him.
