Nah. You cannot graduate with a medical degree without being informed about the act of conception, when human life begins, etc. Ordinary folks might be able to plead ignorance on those topics, but not doctors.

Of course they know that much, however there are plenty of people telling them that it’s “just a clump of cells” until it magically becomes a baby when it is born. Someone with no medical education might not know any better and believe them, but a doctor cannot claim to be so ignorant.
