we should have one of these threads running every day like the caucus thread. call it a unity gauge. It would be handy for identifying trolls too.

Then perhaps the party should quit excrementing on their base. Or is that too direct an answer for you?

Good luck with that. Others will choose to vote their conscience, rather than voting solely party.

I am a Cruz supporter.

I will do my best to be a uniter not a divider when the nominee is selected...We must pull together in the general election.

I am 82 years old and have never voted for a perfect candidate. I have helped elect my first choice on occasion.
;o)

conscience? Don’t talk to me about conscience. My conscience won’t allow me to stand by and let Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders pick a handful of Supreme Court justices without doing everything possible to prevent it. Any true conservative would feel exactly the same way.

Sorry, but you do not hold the conscience of other “true conservatives”. The party has a choice to make. The stakes are enormous. They can listen to the voters, or they can push their agenda.

I hope they do not choose poorly.

Do you really think the GOP leadership will stop an appointment for a year? They may have one nominee that is used to show they tried, then they will slip through another as bad.

You want my vote, don’t nominate a liberal for the Republican nominee. I am not voting for Trump.

I’ll vote for Cruz, Trump & maybe Carson. I’ll never vote for traitors Rubio, Bush or Kasich.

Bush is the only one I have a real issue with there. Rubio wouldn’t be first choice but I would vote for him. Kasich is my governor. he has been good for my second amendment rights and I would vote for him as well.

Only if it’s Trump, Carson or Cruz. The GOP-e can go to hell if it’s Bush or Kasich. Rubio, I’d have to think about and hold my nose.

Sorry, I can’t vote for a candidate who advocates open borders. Rubio, Bush & Kasich support amnesty, which is treason.

Also, those three want to overthrow Assad & oppose Russis. That is simply unacceptable. The US has no business in Syris.

Yes. I will vote for the most conservative candidate in the presidential primary who actually fights to win.
