It has to do with diversity legislation — the heavens can’t be captioned in English.

That's really odd. Tell me...when it's a nice sunny day and you look skyward, do you see the large, high pressure "H" slowly moving across the sky? I do. If you don't then there is definitely something wrong with your view.
