Yes and we prayed about it as I’m sure thousands of others did. Qnyone who isn’t concerned with doesn’t see the bigger picture. I’ve still yetto find outif the judge is gay or bisexual himself. I’m hoping that someone that knows will post it up. If so that fact alone could cast personal bias on his judgment in this matter and make a difference. He sure looks like a flamer.

It’s against the law to get into politics in Church, although many priests and pastors get around it in various ways without naming names. I don’t know what my priest is saying anyway because I go to a Latin Mass (actually the sermon is in English)

We had quite the discussion about her during Sunday School.

I spoke about it yesterday....I'm a member of a sabbath keeping church.....outlined the case and talked about her commitment to what she believed and contrasted it with deputy clerk who said she was a preacher's daughter and it was the hardest thing she had ever had to do but that she would still comply with the law.

What would we do when it comes to our beliefs? Stand up and take the penalty or comply with something that goes against God's law?

Nope. Pastor continued his series on Acts. No mention or discussion of it in my Sunday School.

That does NOT mean others weren’t discussing it in other Sunday School classes (there are 5 other adult classes), the hallways, or over coffee in the narthex.

Yes, Deacon made it the first Prayer Request out, and We Prayed for her during that time, and the Pastor mentioned it in His Sermon. Was late for Sunday School, knowing the Teacher( who is my daughter) it was discussed there.
