I figured out how it started.
Josh Ernest was briefing the press one day and he said, “President Obama has decided we need to grant sanctuary 10,000 Syrian Refugees and one Italian Nun.”
The first question asked is, “Why the nun?”
Obama, who is watching from his office, says to Michelle, “See, I told you they wouldn’t care about the Syrians.”
