He's becoming more unstable because he's running out of time to martyr himself.

What cool style? If you mean staying behind the scenes and letting the minions take responsibility for the decisions of Bill Ayers and Al Sharpton, I guess thats cool. He certainly seemed cool and unafraid of Chicago street violence when he was campaigning there. Of course he and his convoy seemed to be reasonably well protected from the other armed criminal gangs.
