You may be surprised to know that many many of them who have steady jobs (not day labor types) do have taxes with held. The SSN is phony, of course, and Congress knows it, but they take those billions every Friday from those checks.

And give them right back in the form of a fraudulent refund check, plus credits. Right?

Absolutely. If you check into what some of these fiscal types have said in the past, illegals were such a great deal for all of us because they would pay into social security in their productive years and not be around to collect it.

Like they would all just magically go back to Mexico or El Salvador or whatever as soon as they retired.

Yes, they do. If anyone thinks that those fake SSNs aren’t known and tracked and logged (for eventual creation of a real SSN account with standing) they’re badly mistaken. Anyone who has basic programming and database skills could figure that out.

Even for stolen SSNs, even multiple times, the fakes (each fake use) are kept separate from the real account so the real owner doesn’t get undue earnings credits to increase their payout.

SSA knows, keeps track and quietly allows it for temporary gain of 7.65% (times two) each month. When the time comes to legitimize them “what me worry?” The American taxpayer is on the hook for a 50 million strong monthly payout.
