Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, the U.S. soldier charged with desertion after he was returned from the Taliban last year in exchange for prisoners held at Guantanamo Bay, is seeking to have the officer in charge of deciding his fate removed from the case now that he has been nominated to serve as the new Army chief of staff.
Gen. Mark Milley is responsible for deciding whether to charge Bergdahl criminally for leaving his post in 2009 in Afghanistan. Bergdahl was captured and remained a captive of the Taliban for nearly five years.

How does a punk, traitorous, American hating peon get a say in anything?
Why hasn't he been shot yet?
Thanks, rhetorical questions.
He needs to have his head removed from his shoulders.
” is seeking to have the officer in charge of deciding his fate removed from the case now that he has been nominated to serve as the new Army chief of staff.”
Is Bergdahl becoming the new Army Chief of Staff? Wouldn’t surprise me.
Bergdahl’s wants aside (who cares), I am more concerned the General has been nominated for ACS. One cannot help but think of some sort of Administration involvement in this. IOW, it smells. A lot.
He would have if Obama hadn’t rescued him.
Will the traitor declare a fatwa on the general.
At that moment the General should draw his sidearm and end this circus.
Bergdahls wants aside (who cares), I am more concerned the General has been nominated for ACS. One cannot help but think of some sort of Administration involvement in this. IOW, it smells. A lot.
Quite frankly Bergdahl has gotten more then I thought he’d get. I am happy that they are charging him. I thought for sure he’d get an honorable discharge with back pay. Now it looks like at best he will get a General Discharge with zero benefits which is the LEAST he deserved.
Obama has made equally strange appointments. Look at that other JFK from Mass. who Obama appointed to replace Hillary— Look at his political appointments to the US supreme Court. Fact is I can’t think of any of his appointments to public Office that do not match his affection for the Traitor Berg-doll....
“Bergdahl was captured and remained a captive of the Taliban for nearly five years.”
Still selling that lie about being “captured”?
