It is not “weird”-it is “criminal”-even out here we call the sheriff on people for animal cruelty-it is a crime. I would not trust a vicious, vile person who is cruel to animals-for any reason-with my kids-would you?

there are really serious laws, with strong penalties against animal cruelty.....by the way, start with animals and MANY graduate to human cruelty.....many.
