Who was involved in the deadly Waco biker brawl?
In 34 years of law enforcement, this is the most violent crime scene I have ever been involved in, Waco Police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said following a biker gang shootout that left 9 dead and 18 others wounded in the parking lot of a busy shopping center Sunday. There is blood everywhere.
Reports of the grisly brawl, which police said escalated from the bathroom to the bar and out into the parking lot of a restaurant called Twin Peaks, sound like a scene from a movie or one of the countless scripted and reality TV shows about the elusive world of biker gangs. More than 170 people were arrested on charges of engaging in organized crime in relation to the shooting which, Swanton clarified, constituted capital murder.

So, maybe not crime but certainly a most seriously inept bungling of a raid ever.
The Branch Davidian compound was not located within the City of Waco and their police department had no jurisdiction in the matter. While it was within McLennon County, the County Sheriff was also excluded from participation. Facts often get overlooked when painting with a broad brush.
Many of the bikers might carry Glocks but not necessarily.
Bullets coming from the dead bikers will tell the tale whether they are of the type carried by the local police or owned and registered to bikers.
Bullets from Glocks will differ from other weapons and if they are retrieved from the deceased, then they will be of one kind or another.
Having done some "fun" target practice with local police, we could tell which weapons fired various shots, not merely because they were better than we were but the distinctions were obvious even without ballistic tests.
The problem is that sounds twelve kinds of crazy. If the Justice Department is: stuck in the past, trying to infringe on our individual second amendment rights, and otherwise not doing its job; that is something people won’t feel a fool relaying to friends and neighbors.
Sounds to me like something we’d see written Salon — only authored by a Nazi instead of a Communist.
Dream on sparky. Arrest warrants were served later, after the shootout. He was not arrested on the spot. A grand jury issued indictments afterwards.
He was indicted for attempted murder, and McClennan county went out there and arrested him peacefully.
Is this hyperbole or is there actually a possibility that 170+ bikers could be convicted of murder and given the death penalty?
Only the Bandidos I have ever heard of.
Here we see a lot of warlocks, usually once a week. Seen Hells Angels this year at the Daytona bike week for the first time.
Sorry sport. Truth actually matters. Jews are not a criminal gang. Banditos are.
You can easily identify them by their appearance and they want you to. That’s how bright they are. Identifying someone as a Jew tell you that you have encountered a Jew. Encountering a Cossack, a Bandito, etc,,,,tell you that you have located a criminal.
Try to keep up.
“For instance: standard police handguns once were 38 caliber but now 65% departments like the Glock for many reasons.”
And it is the preferred weapon for people, now, as well. No difference between the weapons police carry and citizens.
“Many of the bikers might carry Glocks but not necessarily.”
True, many types are out there.
“Bullets coming from the dead bikers will tell the tale whether they are of the type carried by the local police or owned and registered to bikers.”
Actually, like times past, it will be ballistic scarring, not the "type carried by the local police," as they shoot the same bullets--provided they carry a weapon of the same caliber.
Just an observation--"registered?" I trade weapons from time to time and no registration at all. In Texas no "registration" required. Besides, don't like the push to register weapons because the federal government will abuse that requirement, if it comes to pass, and that means confiscation.
“Bullets from Glocks will differ from other weapons and if they are retrieved from the deceased, then they will be of one kind or another.”
Bullets are bullets are bullets. Bulletmakers make bullets to fit a specific caliber, not a “Glock” or S&W or Beretta or whatever. Therefore, there is no such thing as a specific “Glock” or S&W or Berreta, etc bullet. The bullets carried by the police are the same as those carried by civilians--provided they carry a weapon of the same caliber.
“Having done some ‘fun’ target practice with local police, we could tell which weapons fired various shots, not merely because they were better than we were but the distinctions were obvious even without ballistic tests.”
Odd. I've never seen any difference other than accuracy/grouping and that was the result of shooter skill and how reliable the round was (quality control during manufacture).
The thugs started fight and it escalated and they started shooting and therefore, they should die. All of them. Bikers are yellow underwear-stained cowards, from the outside to their faggy heart and soul because they derive their ‘courage’, such as it is, from being part of a large predatory group.
Shot by the police? Easy enough to determine via ballistic testing. And I hope the police are credited with removing many of these vile criminals.
Cheers.
Oh those boyz with their toyz. They just had to formulate an assault plan. The initial raid had the feds @$$e$ handed to them. Right or wrong, the feds chose to assault a well defended building/grounds.
It was then, the feds got pissed off and brought in the heavy armor. This whole thing stinks.
Woman and children lost their lives and didn't have to. Were the Davidians in the wrong...yea, sure, but did the feds handle this appropriately...I submit, no.
I did not support the Waco raid. I merely said it was ruled proper police work. If it was my choice there would be no police at all. Fire all the dog an people murdering Gestapo goons.
“Deadly Waco biker brawl”
They say that like it’s a bad thing.
They were arrested for engaging in a criminal enterprise not murder..If and when murder charges are filed...that would make it capital murder.
I actually hope I’m wrong but I’m guessing this was more a cops killed bikers deal than bikers killed bikers
There is a lot of bullshit going on here from all angles
The original media reports which till today are just the same regurgitated original reports don’t add up
“Is this hyperbole or is there actually a possibility that 170+ bikers could be convicted of murder and given the death penalty?”
It’s Texas! And the eyes of Texas are upon them now. Murderous doper gangs that distribute Mexican cartel dope.
