MY BUCKET LIST
Then I went way back into my memory and brought back stuff I hadn't thought about in years.. That was fun, my older memories are fresher than the new stuff, like did I just take the pill I have to take at..what was the time I was..?? Now, I have plenty of new stories that I recall, that I can share with my kids and grandkids, because it's like bedtime stories, because they still go to sleep shortly after I start them, the little darlings..
Getting back to my BUCKET LIST, I do remember having a special place for an especially beautiful actress, Maureen Ohara, that I thought she and I could click if given the chance.. I had the pleasure of seeing her on an early morning coffee break, on the back-lot of Columbia Studios, some years back, with the sunshine, highlighting her figure and flaming red hair that had the look of an angel, we exchanged hellos, and I never forgot it.. swoon.. Do angels have red hair, well they should.. Anyway I thought I would look her up on google, and, who knows?? Much to my surprise shes still around, and unmarried.. Fate takes a hand..
I wondered if she would remember me, she did smile at me and told me; I "..would catch flies with my mouth a gasp", as it was.. That at least is something to get the conversation going.. I know I've changed a bit since 1963, but who hasn't? I see she was born in 1920, so she may have altered a bit herself, but I doubt it, but she is older than me and may like younger men, and I am differenately yyounger.. You can never win a race without running, so give it a chance.. You never know. Right?.. s
I thought about contacting her in the latest technology, text, to show off my youth, but I can't do that on my wall phone, because I took it apart to check for a keyboard, but it may be an early model.. Then I remembered hearing about Twitter, from my grandkids, and thought, all the really big stars have Twitter accounts, so I looked Twitter up on Google, don'tcha just love that thing? What do they call folks who Twit, Twit's, I wouldn't like that, but what the heck..
Geeez, what the Hell, I'll never figger this out, hashtags, misspelling, numbers for words.. But I took it it like everything else new in my life, horribly.. I sent out dozens of Tweets, with every possible hashtag I thought appropriate, Maureen is this U#MaureenOhara, Maureen is this U#redheadedwoman, Maureen is this U#TheQuietMan, like I thought maybe one of her best movies, but to no avail.. I did get back some really interesting replies, especially from my, Maureen is this U#HowGreenIsYourValley, that kid belongs in reform school..
Finally, I thought, what am I doing, if I found her, what would I do with her, tell her stories, get amorous, I still get excited, but forgot why.. I am going back on twitter, to teach them how to spell.. Never mind.. Time for a nap..

Well, landing is the problem. I tried playing with the controls to plan a maneuver to see how to get him back into the atmosphere, and no matter what I fiddled with, it was going to shoot him out on an escape trajectory.
Well, I guess if I can’t figure it out, he can always be the first Kerbal to explore the outer solar system :)

I’ve thought of picking up that program, especially the newer one.

I’ve only had it for a couple days but I’d say it’s definitely worth the 30 bucks or so that they are charging. It’s a bit of a learning curve if you want to figure out the “right way” to do stuff, but then you can always just slap a rocket together, try to launch it, and learn by trial and error, since you aren’t wasting billions of dollars if it all goes to hell.

Well, I put a Kerbal into a stable orbit for the first time last night while playing Kerbal Space Program. So I guess I can check that one off the list.My son plays that, a lot. He loves the heck out of it.
Some of the stuff he makes is hilarious, some works very well. But the most fun is watching the poor Kerbals' expressions when things are going wrong.

From time to time, chefs may find a complimentary sample of a special variety of fungus hidden deep inside cartons of morels or chanterelles from Magical Mushroom Supply, Ltd.

Not sure if the venue is right - so many know that their ramblings are brilliant, but will mock others in a heartbeat. Was curious and went to your page and discovered you are a Chef - creative minds will do what creative minds do.
I notice form your responses to some of the back-handed slaps that you seem to be better adjusted than some. Been there, done that, will do it again despite "those that can't comprehend".
