Also, why is Congress SO paralyzed with fear and awe of this imposter in the WH?

Why, in the whole time “O” has occupied the WH, has Congress been a mute and inert bystander to “O’s” ever increasing violation of THEIR authority?

Who are all these remote, detached, indifferent and inscrutable people who pretend to represent the will of American citizens-yet who cannot even accomplish the minimum rudiments of their charter?

With leadership like THIS during our colonial existence, we’d STILL be British colonies!!

Exactly. This is the stupidest thing I have ever seen. By even holding a vote on this, they are implicitly giving away their power which is explicit in the Constitution.
