I find myself in near total agreement with my learned archaeological colleagues and the highly respected author of the article. That object almost definitely has the possibility, or the potential, perhaps, to be somewhat plausibly offered as an objet made by a paleolithic human, indeed, an "artifact" of some sort or other.

This astounding hypothesis becomes all the more conceivable peradventure in poor lighting.

Thanks BenLurkin and Kenny Bunk. My apologies to anyone getting this ping message in error. Donald K. Grayson is another climate change advocate, opposes the Superhunter/Overkill hypothesis, and coauthored a very cranky and strawman-based hatchet job on the Clovis impact theory. This hand tool really is a hand tool, and isn't the first Pre-Clovis artifact ever found, not by a long shot.
