In other words, its OK to be on the take as long as you’re a Democrat and thus, are “for the little guy.”

Well, let’s put it this way. Sheldon Silver is a corrupt man of integrity. That is, he can be relied on by his leftie pals always to be correctly corrupt.
Never does he fail to grease a palm that needs it.

Although the charges announced today certainly are very serious I want to note that Ive always known Shelly Silver to be a man of integrity and he certainly has due process rights and I think its important that we let the judicial process play out, the mayor said at City Hall.
In other words, let's stall until we can find a judge to bribe to get all this unpleasantness to go away.

When you have sold your soul to be a Dem Socialist and have lived your whole life in a corrupt political state, notions of integrity can become very different from what Freepers and honorable Americans consider to be integrity. For NY Dems, like Argentinian, Tanzanian, or Zimbabwean gov’t officials, bribery and graft are considered normal compensation. It is the reason these people aspire to political careers.
Citizens are to be used. They are merely a resource. You abuse their rights creatively (NY Safe Act) then you seek to run for President. You charge them big dollar fees (Silver) for political access because you are the big cheese in state gov’t. You send big dollar grants and fees to political supporters by hiring them for projects (all of them) or skew laws specifically for your buddies and supporters (all of them) while lots of NY’ers scrounge for work and pay record high taxes. The typical NY’er shrugs and ignores it if in NYC because they get huge salaries. The NY’ers outside NYC live in an economy resembling that of Eastern Europe before the wall came down.

That tells me everything I need to know about whomever he is.

is De Blasio gay? I mean he has this creativity in invoking the turning of sht into something he wants us to find swalloable. Fraud cooks are like that, they do not eat the sht they want you to eat.
