>>>they are selling their Christmas show for $2.99
I saw that too and I am sure I have it somewhere on my drives. Since our Comcastic connection seems gooched yesterday I went searched a couple of my old drives but came up empty. Maybe better luck today.
And on the Comcast thing we now are having problems with the TV. Whenever anyone opens a garage door (or runs an appliance like a vacuum) in our building the TV gets pixelated. The Tech rep who came out says the building needs rewired. Personally I think someone hacked it and screwed up the cable wiring. Of course NOTHING will be done until after the holidays...sigh.
BUT>>> since both the TV and internet are messed up we’ve hooked up an antenna for TV. Hmmmm... cutting the cable is a real possibility. We get all the channels we want. When they rewire we might just go the ROKU route.
We really like our Roku. I’ve looked into an antenna, but we are in an area with poor/no reception. I would LOVE to cut the cable, except we want Fox News. Comcast does not offer Fox in it’s basic lineup. Other than that, I’d drop the cable in a heartbeat and just keep the phone and internet.
We had some pixilation recently, on one station. Haven’t had a problem since then.
