With all the crap I've read about here in FR (I was in 65-67 ... so it was light years ago), queers, pink triangles (or whatever) and women training with men ... I'd advise against joining the military.

I'd probably seek out a militia leader and learn to fight and kill with discipline.

A militia is OK if you want to go camping and shoot a rifle, but if you want to leap out of jets at night, or launch fighters off the deck of an Aircraft carrier, or rappel out of helicopters or fire artillery guns or fly an attack helicopter, or drive a tank, or a million other things, you still have to join the military.
