So we have discovered the Ancient Egyptians were humane and Civilized-—Their own documents confirm this. They had a high civilization. They set this fellow to work doing other tasks—like grinding paints or making things they needs. Egypt had a skilled medical tradition started by Imhotep (and with all the germs coming down the Nile—they needed it)-—get this Average age in Ancient Egypt was 35, Average age in Rome was 25. The scouge of Leprosy that plagued the Ancient World—was unknown in Egypt.
