I've seen a lot of yammering, but no EO. He does not have to pass an EO! He could just keep saying he will do it and the tsunami of S.O.B.'s (south of the border) would flood the border states.
And next phase...crash the economy.

I've seen a lot of yammering, but no EO.I just read on another thread that he is not going to issue an EO but instead take "executive action" with is not the same thing.
In doing so he will require his agencies to make changes administratively through the regulation process.
This is such a mess.

Most recently on immigration, He didn't use an executive order. Instead, he used an "executive action,"
