“Meanwhile three nurses, two in the U.S. and one in Spain have caught the infection while treating Ebola patients, despite wearing protective suits.”

This is what I don’t like and I have yet to believe it at all. I too wear a coat in the winter but I catch a cold..but I don’t say I caught a cold even when I wore a coat. That puts unnecessary spin and angst into the discussion and makes it misleading. Was she wearing protective suit? Yes...has the full story and investigation come out yet to explain her minute by minute actions when she was not in the suit? Where she went what she handhandled and what she touched? Who she met with when not in the suit? No....the entire media is spewing this line for ratings creating further panic and it makes me sick to the core.

The suit was inadequate. When the patient is spewing blood the chance of a floating droplet getting around that unsealed and unpressurized hood is nontrivial. In that phase there should be only level 4 suits.
