You have to remember that libs are NOT “live and let live” types - they are authoritarian at heart.
Many times, the mindset is more of
“I don’t want someone else demonstrating ‘what a wuss I am’ or ‘how irresponsible and untrustworthy I am’ by demonstrating balls or responsible behavior, so I’ll force them, through the State, to live like I do.”
The blonde is instructive. Her emotions were at such a fevered pitch she mentions wanting to take a nap when it was over. This is a common reaction to extreme stress.
That it was elicited by shooting a gun in a controlled environment shows her inability to correctly assess situations outside her “comfort zone” which she is hell bent on occupying.
Such people believe they not only have a “right” to be free from fear, they believe their fear demonstrates an offensive act by whatever scared them.
